Mobile Cantilever Systems

The Cantilevered Systems, as any other type of compactible system are realized to guarantee the maximum exploitation of available spaces, and have a bearing capacity of over 600 tons per single mobile base.

The Cantilevered Systems can be fitted with guide rails for trilateral dollies and they can be controlled by a radio control on the operator’s dolly so as to allow a seamless transition in the handling of warehouse goods. The standard safety devices installed prevent from carrying out potentially dangerous operations during the handling of the plants, they are managed by means of a logic program set on permanent PLC memory, while the reducers are controlled by an inverter, which thanks to a proper calibration of the acceleration and deceleration ramps avoid subjecting the structures and load to dangerous stresses during the start and stop phases of the bases.

Technical specifications 

All mobile bases produced by Moveel are fitted with handling devices and procedures set up to avoid risks and damages to people operating them, and able to prevent the accidental access during handling, when the plant is not moving it can  be completely equaled to a static type plant.

Photoelectric Barriers
The access entries to the plant are protected by photocells that detect any person or thing that occupies the handling space: in such case the handling is immediately stopped.

Anti-crash safety device
On both sides of the mobile bases lower part are set some photocells detecting both people or materials present inside the aisle in that moment.

Pre-start push-buttons
The pre-start push-button is located inside the aisle. It has a security function: in order to activate the plant’s handling it must be pressed and its intended position obliges the operator to check that the aisle is free of all obstacles.

Radio Controls
Mobile bases can be equipped with radio controls for their handling; this was introduced to speed up handling procedures for the operators on board of the dollies; however all active and passive safety devices are guaranteed. Radio controls are at 8-16-24 channels, the number of channels depends on the number of mobile bases of the plant and on the required accessory functions.
